Steve Walker
Steve Walker joined the Board of Directors in 2017, but his involvement in the ministry dates back to 1996. He originally came down with a construction team from his home church, and he fell in love with the ministry and continued coming back with his church. Steve later took charge of organizing and leading groups from work and other churches on trips to Nueva Esperanza. Now he has visited the beautiful country of Honduras over 20 times and has seen the ministry grow to what it has become. Steve says he has been blessed to see firsthand the impact Nueva Esperanza has on the families and children it ministers to, and that he believes Nueva Esperanza is a Godsend to the people of Honduras.
