Nurse
- Provide ongoing immediate care for sickness/accidents
- Daily head checks
- Eye screening
- Routine health screening
- Health awareness teaching for children and families
- Solicits medicines
- Distributes medicines
- Determines when doctor visits are necessary
- Maintain health/growth records of the children
Youth Ministry Director
- Oversee that the objectives of the youth program are being carried out
- Assure tutors and youth workers follow their planned schedules and activities
- Promote proper care of equipment and supplies
- Maintain high morale among youth workers
- Promote teamwork and cooperation
- Organize and oversee weekly discipleship groups for all students 7th grade and older
- Organize and lead monthly youth group meetings and activities
- Provide counseling services for youth and their families as needed
- Maintain schedules, files, and other documents pertaining to the youth and youth workers
- Any other duties as assigned by management
Program Development Coordinator
- Develop strategies to improve the quality of education offered
- Work along side teachers to implement new strategies
- Develop new courses to improve educational offerings to high school students
- Develop and implement technical training to prepare students for employment
Specialized Skills Teachers
- English as a second language teacher
- Music teacher
- Computer teacher
Communication/Marketing Coordinator
- Develop and produce promotional videos to promote child sponsorship
- Develop and produce ministry promotional videos
- Coordinate communication and updates with supporting churches and individuals
- Oversee the production of a monthly newsletter to supporters
- Oversee and update website as needed
- Look for additional sources of revenue
- Any other duties as assigned by management
